Store operating hours over the Christmas & New Year Breaks

( Our online store will be accepting orders and payments as usual over the holiday break )

Recognizing the need to spend quality time with our family and friends, The Bone Art Place will be in a limited mode of operation over the Christmas and New Year breaks.

Our Holiday Schedule will be as follows:

= Christmas & New Year Break =

= Mid day December 23rd to January 9th 2012

December 23rd - This will be the last day of normal operation. We will process and ship out all orders received by COB- 1:00PM.

December 24th to January 8th - Our online store will be accepting orders and payments as usual, however credit card transactions won't be charged, emails will be on autoresponder mode, the phone will be on answer phone and no orders or queries will be processed until Monday January 9th

January 9th - The Bone Art Place returns to full operational mode from this day. We will also begin working through our email backlog from this date. Please be patient as our phone and email responses may take a little longer than usual due to the backlog. Processing and shipping of orders placed during the holiday break will start again on January 9th.

Orders will be processed strictly in the order in which they are received so if you want that something special don't wait to get your order in and make sure you reserve it first.

The Bone Art PLace is in New Zealand so the "Normal" delivery times to The USA, UK & Europe are:

Airmail Post - 10 to 14 days
Courier - Approx 4 days

Due to the overloading of postal & customs services worldwide at Christmas,
the normal delivery times are much longer over that period

Final order dates for delivery before Christmas are:

USA, UK & Europe
International Airmail Post.		2nd December
International Economy Courier		9th December
International Express Courier		14th December
Last orders for Christmas delivery to USA, UK & Europe by courier should be placed on or before 14th December
Australia & South Pacific
International Airmail Post		9th December
International Economy Courier		14th December
International Express Courier		16th December
Last orders for Christmas delivery to Australia & South Pacific by courier should be placed on or before 16th December
New Zealand
Local Courier		22nd December
Delivery within NZ will be upgraded to local courier at no extra charge

Orders placed after these dates should arrive in the
week to ten days following Christmas

What can I do if I have missed the delivery cut off dates?

If you have missed the cut off date for your chosen delivery method your order will arrive after Christmas day.
All is not lost however as there is an alternative.

Why not grab the image of the carving from our web site and put it in a nice Christmas card with a note saying that their gift is currently "on a world tour and will come home to you shortly after Christmas"

If you need an image of a carving and can not get it from our web site just drop an email to Don who will happily email you back the image or images you need.
